About

NAEM Property Management was born through the collective inner city experiences of Chicago, IL by Nate Manning and Ebony Grays. Since 1994 their passion for community outreach and development through Real Estate gave this idea reality.Together they believed incorporating NAEM, LLC will create a platform to reinforce education, stability and community as a means to re-invest in the areas that have been forgotten by other businesses.

NAEM Property Management chose to center the company’s focus on stability. Through Property Management the company has created healthy, safe, secure and affordable housing in the inner city of Chicago and the surrounding South Suburbs. The goal is to revitalize these communities by forging new alliances with Health Care Professionals, Grocers and other Real Estate Investors. The purpose is to help stabilize the community as a whole.

NAEM, LLC is fully aware of the challenges that deter other business owners from investing in these communities. For this reason, we accept the same challenges as opportunities. Redeveloping the inner city of Chicago and its surrounding South Suburbs is not only a passion, it is our duty to give back to the communities we come from. We also understand to have faith in the revitalization of our communities is not enough to become successful, we have to be ready to work for it. NAEM Properties is committed to this mission.

Nate became a Licensed Real Estate Broker driven by advocacy and the power of home ownership. He believes entrepreneurship could create a way for inner city youth to discover safe and productive careers reinvesting in the community.  Nate is the Property Manager for NAEM Properties and continues to pursue growth and acquisition opportunities for the company. When he is not at the office or in the field researching new acquisitions, he loves to travel and educate families who rent about the power of home ownership in Chicago.

Ebony started her community advocacy as a single mother while working as an EMT/Case Aid for Lutheran Social Services of Illinois. Her Case Aid experience re-ignited her passion for education and creating awareness of family stability. Ebony’s current position as Managing Member of NAEM, LLC helps her continue educating and creating opportunities for young families in Real Estate.  When Ebony is not submerged in community outreach she loves baking and spending time with family.
